    • What materials do you use?
    • I predominantly use artist grade acrylics and varnishes.


    • Are your pieces framed?
    • No, they are sold unframed.


    • Can I request a different size or color?
    • The art available at JenSerra.com is one of a kind and I don’t offer prints at this time, unfortunately colour and size changes cannot be accommodated.


  • Ordering & Payment
    • What payment methods do you accept?
    • All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), accelerated checkouts like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay


    • Do you offer payment plans?
    • Not at this time unfortunately, however, you can pay with Apple wallet and select “Klarna” if you have that set up for instalment payments.


    • How do I place an order?
    • The checkout process is straightforward but please do contact if any assistance is needed. I always reply promptly!
  • Shipping & Delivery
    • How is the art shipped?
    • Your art is packaged with the utmost care. Foam packaging, bubble wrap and cardboard protect the painting. It also ships insured.


    • What are the shipping costs?
    • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout once you enter your shipping info. Please contact me if any clarification of shipping costs are needed.


    • How long will it take to receive my order?
    • Your order will ship within a maximum of 5 business days (I aim to ship sooner) and tracking will be provided.


    • Do you ship internationally?
    • Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that any duties/taxes are the purchasers responsibility. Additionally, there are NO taxes or duties charged on original artworks shipped into the United States.


  • Returns & Exchanges
    • What is your return policy?
    • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days if the item is in original packaging only. Please reach out immediately for return/exchange approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


    • How do I return a damaged piece?
    • In the unlikely event that an item is received damaged, please notify me right away as all items are insured.
